EY named as Top Five gay-friendly employer by Stonewall

EY has today been named as one of the UK’s leading gay friendly employers, ranking fifth place in Stonewall’s annual Workplace Equality Index of top 100 public and private sector companies.
The professional services firm also achieved third place in Stonewall’s listing of global employers and scooped a Star Performer Network Group award for its gay, lesbian and bisexual and transgender network, EYGLES.
Commenting on the firm’s success, Liz Bingham, EY’s Managing Partner for Talent in the UK & Ireland says: “I am immensely proud of today’s announcement. Receiving top five rankings in both the UK and global benchmarks is a real achievement, particularly given the competitive nature of the Workplace Equality Index.
