Richard has more than 19 years' experience in offering IT audit, assurance and advisory solutions to major global and national organisations. Areas of particular focus for Richard are internal audit partnering, programme advisory, security assessment and design, information system governance (risk and value) and IT due diligence.

Erol is an Ernst & Young Partner with responsibility for IT internal audit services and information management and analysis solutions in the UK firm. He has more than 15 years' experience in financial and IT audit and risk management in the Financial Services industry, with a further 4 years’ industry experience including project management, application development and design. Erol is also responsible for the UK firm’s response to the IT aspects of s404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other IT regulatory issues.

With a background in complex IT environments, Ken is the Partner who leads our IT practice for Financial Services clients. This team supports clients in the areas of IT assurance, IT risk and IT advisory. Ken's personal focus is on IT security related topics.

Tony is focused on IT leadership, improving business and IT results and maximising IT credibility. He has nearly two-decades of experience in leading significant business and IT improvement through mergers, globalisation and turnaround. Tony has a track record in industry at board level having formally been a CIO for a major global brand.

Michel is responsible for the firms IT advisory team in Technology and Security Risk Services. He has held a variety of leadership positions in the technology and consulting industry specialising in IT strategy, software development and application implementation. Michel has extensive experience working with global clients on the transformation of their IT function to better enable business.

Sheila is a Director at Ernst & Young. She has twenty five years' business and IT experience gained from working in industry as well as advising clients. Areas of particular focus for Sheila are alignment of business and IT, achieving and measuring value from IT, programme and project management, outsourcing, IT risk, and information security.

With over two-decades of experience in security, resilience and information systems, Geoff Tremain leads the firm’s government security advisory services team, providing security and resilience advice to central government organisations and private national infrastructure organisations in the UK.

Seamus Reilly is the Head of Information Security for the Northern Europe region at Ernst & Young (includes UK, Middle East, India and Africa), and specialises in telecommunications, corporate security and controls, IT due diligence, risk analysis, and information and network security. He has 16 years’ security experience which encompasses corporate business risk analysis, secure infrastructure design, business continuity planning and exercising, the penetration testing of networks, and the implementation of security management structures across large corporate enterprises.
