Private Equity

Over the last decade investments in Private Equity funds have grown substantially and these funds are now significant players in the global markets. Competition for deals, volatile markets, corporate governance issues and IPOs of the funds themselves are changing the landscape for Private Equity.

Our dedicated Private Equity team works with the world’s leading Leveraged Buy-Out firms, Mid-Market houses and their portfolio companies to enable them to deliver the value, growth and returns expected in today’s markets.
