Business Immigration: Points Based System – A new frontier

With several parts of the Points Based System now in force, employers must recognise the need for continuing vigilance in ensuring that their internal systems and processes are optimised for compliance with illegal working obligations.

Employers who are not yet registered as a sponsor should consider applying for registration 6 weeks in advance of an actual need to issue a certificate of sponsorship, otherwise they risk facing delay in bringing new migrants from abroad or extending work permits. Please visit our immigration page to find out more about how we can help you.
