Equity incentives

The Human Capital Equity Incentives Group creates and implements share-based reward programmes which help organisations improve business performance – by aligning employee motivation with business objectives and shareholder interests. These programmes are co-developed between Ernst & Young and our clients to optimise value, control costs and minimise risks.

Selecting the right programme: In the UK there are a large array of equity programmes available to companies, several with significant tax and accounting advantages for employees and employers.
