Chris leads our leveraged finance team, working closely with mid market financial sponsors, private and public companies. Much of this is to determine the most competitive and deliverable funding package to support acquisitions, growth capital, refinancing and dividend recapitalisations. He also runs the Infrastructure and Energy financing team, with a particular focus in the oil and gas sector. He co-founded CDA and joined EY after spending many years at Citi and HSBC.

Luke is a Partner in our Capital Markets Advisory team. He is a member of the Securities Institute and holds a masters degree in Economics.

Luke has worked on over 50 US Private Placement transactions totalling over USD 10 billion in eleven different countries.

Luke began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Lazard, and joined EY in September 2009, having previously been Head of Private Capital Markets in EMEA at HSBC.

Stewart heads our Hedging Risk Advisory team, providing strategic advice on implementing hedging strategy, products and accounting.

Previously head of RBS's UK Real Estate Risk Solutions team, Stewart has over 20 years' experience providing tailored hedging risk management solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

During his 16 years at RBS, Stewart worked on a variety of risk solution roles, including investor product structuring, project finance, PFI/PPP and leveraged hedging. Prior to RBS, he also had treasury and capital market roles with Lloyds, CIBC and BNP.

Stewart has an MA (Hons) in Economics and Agricultural Economics from Aberdeen University.

Robert joined EY’s Capital and Debt Advisory team in 2010, and is focused on Leveraged Finance.

Robert joined from AIB Structured & Acquisition Finance and has over 12 years of corporate finance and banking experience.

Strong experience of Leveraged and Structured Finance transactions supporting a range of sectors including Retail, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Leisure and Business Services.

Robert is an alumni of Imperial College – University of London where he graduated with a Masters (Honours) degree in Physics.

Anton joined EY in 2011, coming from the Corporates team at Fitch Ratings.

Prior to Fitch, Anton worked as an energy analyst in London, a lobbyist for energy utilities in Canada, and as a Canadian solicitor practising in the areas of securities and international trade.

Anton holds an MBA from HEC Paris, LL.B. (law degree), Masters in Environmental Studies as well as a B.A. in politics and economics.

Greg joined  from Rothschild, where he helped to grow the debt advisory team from its foundation in 2001.

He began his career as a lending banker, specialising in UK midcap and syndicated LBO loans.
