Gary Rayner

What do you call a company that made the first accessible waterproof, dirtproof, snowproof and shockproof iPhone case? If you’re Gary Rayner, LifeProof ΜΆ a fitting name for a CEO whose life is on a path he saw from an early age.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Gary began his entrepreneurial pursuits at the age of 10. His visions have led him to successful ventures with notable companies, such as Opalvision, Drivecam and Niterider, prior to LifeProof.

With a purpose to create devices that free people from environmental constraints, LifeProof’s entry to market has been swift and successful. Seemingly unrelated industries, such as the outdoor GPS and waterproof camera industries, have afforded new possibilities for the products as well.

LifeProof’s operations have expanded from an exclusive provider to Best Buy retail stores to domestic channels, such as Target, and major telecom providers, such as ATT and Sprint, to global distributors.
