As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young global, Jim is committed to setting a clear and strong "tone from the top" around the key issues of quality, integrity and professionalism. In his more than 30 years with Ernst & Young, he has held a series of leadership positions throughout the organization. Based in New York and London, Jim also serves as senior advisory partner for many of our largest global clients. He encourages dialogue with key stakeholders across the globe regarding the many changes facing the world capital markets, including the introduction of International Financial Reporting Standards in more than 100 countries and the overall movement toward greater convergence of global accounting standards and governance. In his role as Americas Area Managing Partner, Steve has leadership of some 41, 500 Ernst & Young people across 30 countries. Steve is focused on building our strength throughout the Americas, which — in addition to North America — includes Latin America, with its important emerging economies, and Israel, with its large number of SEC registrants. Nancy is Americas Vice Chair, People. She was most recently Managing Partner — Assurance and Advisory Business Services (AABS) for the Northeast. Prior to this role, she served as Managing Partner of AABS Area Practices, National Director of Human Resources for the AABS Practice, Audit Partner in the Stamford office and Area Director of Human Resources for Connecticut. Nancy and her team concentrate on the development of people across the Ernst & Young Americas region. They are especially focused on reinforcing the firm’s leadership around inclusiveness and related diversity issues, as well as on supporting the mobility of our people to help ensure the growth opportunities that result in high performance and high-quality client service. Kate is Americas Vice Chair of Tax Services. She previously served as Tax Managing Partner (TMP) for the Northeast and as the New York City Office Managing Partner. She was first named a TMP in 2002, in the former New England Area. Her teams advise on planning, compliance and reporting to help clients meet increasingly complex tax requirements within the context of their strategic business objectives. Randy is Americas Vice Chair of Quality and Risk Management. He has held various national positions including, most recently, Americas Vice Chair of Professional Practice and Risk Management for the Assurance practice. Randy serves on the Professional Practice Executive Committee and Research Advisory Board of the Center for Audit Quality, and on the XBRL US Board of Directors. He spent his first 20 years at Ernst & Young serving commercial banking and other financial services clients, and in key leadership positions in Ernst & Young’s financial services industry practice, including Regional Director in the southern/western regions of the US for Ernst & Young LLP. Randy is a past Chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Tom is Vice Chair of Assurance Services. He has also served as Managing Partner of the Southeast, Pittsburgh Area Managing Partner and US Vice Chair of Human Resources. Rich is Americas Vice Chair of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). He has served as the Mid-Atlantic Managing Partner for the Assurance and Advisory Business Services (AABS) practice and as a member of the Ernst & Young Global Advisory Council. He has also led the Real Estate, Hospitality and Private Equity practices. Rich’s TAS team has experience executing thousands of different types of transactions across all markets and industries, and plays a critical role throughout the life cycle of a deal. Mark is Vice Chair of Accounts. He joined Ernst & Young in 1978. Mark's extensive experience includes serving global companies in various industry sectors. He has served in National Planning and Client Services, as Sub-Area Managing Partner for the Metropolitan New York Area and, most recently, as Vice Chair and Northeast Managing Partner.

Tom is Senior Vice Chair of Markets. He was most recently Managing Partner for the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa Area's Financial Services Organization. Prior to that role, Tom served as Global Vice Chair of Assurance and Advisory Business Services; Global Managing Partner-Markets and as Markets Managing Partner for the former Northern Europe, Middle East, India and Africa Area. Tom has held a number of senior positions with the US practice and was instrumental in establishing the Americas Financial Services Office.

Bob is Vice Chair of Advisory Services. He previously was Americas Leader of Advisory Services. Prior to re-joining Ernst & Young in 2008, Bob was President of Gartner, Inc.'s global consulting business and CEO of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's Government Solutions Division. He is well known in the Advisory marketplace and supports several key clients. Bob was recognized recently by Consulting Magazine as one of its 2011 top 25 consultants in the category of Excellence in Leadership.

Rick is Vice Chair and Managing Partner of the Midwest, a position he has held since 2012. He joined Ernst & Young in 1985. Rick previously served as the Accounts and Business Development Managing Partner for the West, a position he held since 2010. Prior to that, he was the firm's Global Technology Industry Leader, responsible for client-service delivery across service lines to global technology clients in over 100 countries. Rick has served a variety of technology sector clients and as senior advisory partner on several significant accounts — experiences that have enabled him to become a knowledge leader on matters of critical importance to global and market-leading companies.

Ronen assumed the role of Chairman of Ernst & Young Israel in April 2007. He continues to serve as Managing Partner of Israel, a post he has held since 2000. Since joining the firm more than 20 years ago, Ronen has focused on major publicly traded companies in Israel and around the world. Randy is Vice Chair and Southwest Managing Partner. In more than 28 years with Ernst & Young, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including Tax Managing Partner for the Southwest and Office Managing Partner for the San Antonio, Texas office. Many of the leading companies in the Southwest, including 33% of the local Fortune 1000 companies, have chosen Ernst & Young as their professional services provider. To meet the dynamic needs of these clients, we draw from resources including the Ernst & Young Energy Center in Houston, comprised of more than 550 seasoned energy audit, tax, transaction and advisory professionals.

Carmine is Vice Chair and Financial Services Office (FSO) Managing Partner, a position he has held since 2006. Carmine leads some 3,400 people across more than 30 locations in the United States, Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands. Ernst & Young is the only public accounting firm with a separate geographic area dedicated to serving the financial services marketplace. Since joining the firm in 1985, Carmine has provided assurance and advisory services to leading capital markets and banking industry clients, and also led the FSO Banking & Capital Markets practice.

Scott is Vice Chair and Northeast Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 1982. Scott previously was Managing Partner of the United Kingdom and Ireland Sub-Area in the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa Area. Prior to serving in that role, he was Managing Partner of the former Gulf Coast Sub-Area. Scott has served as senior advisory partner on a number of our largest accounts and as client service partner for two Fortune 150 clients. Scott was the recipient of the 2006 Chairman's Values Award, recognizing his efforts in leading the firm's relief and support of our 135 people directly impacted by Hurricane Katrina.

Trent is Chairman, CEO and Canadian Managing Partner. He has served as Canada's Tax Managing Partner, International Tax practice leader and Tax Market Leader in Calgary. Trent was also the Canadian Tax Leadership representative on the Ethnic Diversity Task Force from 2005 to 2008.

Debbie is Vice Chair and East Central Managing Partner. Over her career, she has held various leadership roles in Ernst & Young, such as National Director of Industry Tax Services for Retail and Consumer Products and Vice Chair of Sales. In 2000, Debbie was the firmwide Rosemarie Meschi Award winner, recognizing her efforts in the development and advancement of women.

Karole Lloyd is Vice Chair and Managing Partner of the Southeast. Karole has been the Vice Chair of Knowledge and Industry and a member of the Americas Operations Group since 2005. She has served as the Area Industry Leader for the Financial Services Industry (FSI) practice in the Southeast, and as the Office Managing Partner for the Birmingham, Alabama office.

Kay is Vice Chair and Pacific North West Managing Partner. She joined the Ernst & Young Austin office in 1983 and went on to serve as Gulf Coast Area Industry Leader of Information, Communications and Entertainment; Austin Managing Partner; and Gulf Coast Area Assurance and Advisory Business Services (AABS) Managing Partner. Kay has also served as AABS Managing Partner of Area Practices in the Americas and AABS COO.

Jorge is Chairman of South America, a position he has held since 2007. Previously, he served as acting Vice Chair and South America Managing Partner. In Jorge’s more than 30 years with Ernst & Young, he has focused on the coordination of services for large national and multinational clients. From 2004 to June 2006, he served as the market leader of the eastern region of South America (Brazil).

Alberto is Vice Chair and Managing Partner of Mexico and Central America, and Chairman and CEO of Ernst & Young Mexico.
