Performance Improvement in the Financial Services Office

What we do
Ernst & Young LLP Financial Services Office Performance Improvement professionals work with clients in all sectors of financial services, including Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset/Wealth Management and Retail/Mortgage/Commercial Banking, to offer advice on:

  • Finance & Operations function strategy
  • Finance & Operations organizational design and development
  • Finance & Operations process effectiveness

Our goal is to support our clients' efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient and, where required, provide services in connection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk.

Who we’re looking for
We are seeking high-performing MBA candidates from top-tier business schools with:

  • MBA and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, statistics, economics or MIS (business perspective and/or business preferred)
  • 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in banking/capital markets at a commercial bank, insurance company or institutional asset manager with a well-developed infrastructure, or comparable experience working as an advisor to financial services companies

Financial Services Risk Management in the Financial Services Office

What we do
Ernst & Young LLP Financial Services Risk Management professionals help clients manage, mitigate and capitalize on known risks, respond to new risks and manage a range of compliance activities. We can mobilize to bring a global EY network to the table to assist clients in these areas:

  • Credit risk
  • Economic capital and risk-adjusted performance measurement
  • Enterprise risk management and governance
  • Liquidity risk
  • Market risk and quantitative advisory services
  • Operational risk
  • Regulatory compliance and prudential supervision

Who we're looking for
We are seeking to hire Senior advisors who are high-performing MBA candidates from top-tier business schools with:

  • MBA and or graduate degree in finance, accounting, statistics, economics or mathematics
  • 3-5 years of related work experience, at a commercial bank, insurance company or institutional asset manager with a well developed risk management infrastructure, or comparable experience working as an advisor to financial services
  • Demonstrated knowledge in operational, credit and/or market/liquidity risk measurement and management
  • Experience at a regulatory or rating agency in the areas of operational, market/liquidity and/or credit risk management, risk rating systems, regulatory capital, and/or capital markets
