Our Performance Improvement — Finance competency focuses on the priorities and challenges that Chief Financial Officers (CFO) are facing. The CFO deals with the complexity of balancing risk and performance, and the tension that may exist between them. Their key concerns include:

Who we're looking for
We're seeking forward-thinking, self-motivated and quick-learning graduates to join the Performance Improvement sub-service line in our finance competency as Senior consultants. Candidates must have:

  • MBA and/or graduate degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics
  • CPA preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance function (e.g., Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Close to Report; Budgeting and Planning, Shared Services/Outsourcing)
  • Experience in managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations

 

Enterprise Intelligence

Enterprise Intelligence

What we do
Our Performance Improvement — Enterprise Intelligence competency focuses on the innovative application of analytics insight, enterprise planning and leading-class monitoring processes to help clients accelerate achievement of their business objectives. We can integrate data management skills and analytic applications, including business intelligence, information management and business performance management. Enterprise Intelligence helps clients align business objectives with performance risk and quality drivers, and connect the c-suite enterprise-wide. Our Enterprise Intelligence services help clients:

  • Define: Establish the strategy, program, scope, governance and structure
  • Design: Create an Enterprise Intelligence framework mapped to strategic outcomes
  • Realize: Execute focusing on high-value, high-return activities
  • Deploy: Deliver relevant information on a process-by-process basis

Who we're looking for

  • MBA and/or graduate degree with an emphasis in Engineering, Operations and/or Logistics
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operational areas that impact the supply chain function (e.g., assessments, supply chain strategy, inbound, outbound and return distribution/logistics, inventory management, procurement and sourcing, lean-six sigma, sales and operations planning, cost reduction, etc.)

Who we're looking for
We're seeking forward-thinking, self-motivated and quick-learning graduates to join the Performance Improvement sub-service line in our Customer competency as Senior consultants. To be considered, candidates must have:

  • MBA and/or graduate degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Statistics or Data Management
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in at least one of the following functions (multiple-area experiences are highly desired): Marketing Effectiveness, Product Management, Pricing, Order Management, Credit and Collections, Customer Experience and Social Media
  • Experience in providing consulting services in the Sales, Marketing, Order Management and/or Customer Service functions
  • A working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management applications, including Siebel, Salesforce.com, Unica, Vendavo and Pros

 

Strategic Direction

What we do
Our Performance Improvement — Strategic Direction competency teams work with senior client executives on issues that cut across the enterprise, and have a fundamental impact on business performance.

We help clients with services in areas such as:

To deliver these services to our clients, Strategic Direction team members work and collaborate with EY Advisory Services and other professionals in areas such as finance, supply chain, customer, risk and technology enablement.

We're seeking forward-thinking, self-motivated and quick-learning graduates to join the Performance Improvement sub-service line in our Strategic Direction competency as Senior consultants. To be considered, candidates must have:

  • MBA and/or graduate degree from a leading university in business administration or quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics), with demonstrated academic excellence

What we do
Our Performance Improvement — Program Management competency assists clients in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large and complex full-lifecycle initiatives. Program Management professionals perform feasibility studies and risk-adjusted cost benefit analyses, as well as participate in organizational planning, re-engineering and transformation initiatives (benefits management, program stakeholder management and program governance), including Information Technology (IT) programs and business transformation endeavors. More specifically, we offer the following services to clients in various industries:

Who we're looking for
We're seeking forward-thinking, self-motivated and quick-learning graduates to join the Performance Improvement sub-service line in our Program Management competency as Senior consultants. To be considered, candidates must have:

  • MBA and/or graduate degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Finance and/or Economics
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry or advisory experience
  • Pursuing the following certifications desirable: PMI (PgMP/PMP/CAPM)/Prince2/Six Sigma (Green/Black/Master Black Belt)
  • Experience with PM tools (e.g., Primavera/MS EPM/CA Clarity/HP PPM/Planview)

 

People and Organizational Change

People and Organizational Change

What we do
Our Performance Improvement — People and Organizational Change competency assists clients in successfully managing and sustaining people, process and technology change. Often, this work can involve assistance with the identification and management of stakeholders, leadership development, organizational design, training, cultural assessment and development, talent management, workforce strategies, and planning and executing key communications.

Our work typically includes the development of driver-based business plans and operational models that address customer behavior (churn, referral, up-purchase), product profitability, credit and payment behavior and pricing diagnostics. More specifically, we offer the following services to clients in various industries:

  • Visioning the case for change
  • Change leadership
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Organizational alignment
  • Workforce strategy and people development
  • Human resources processes

 

Who we're looking for
We're seeking forward-thinking, self-motivated and quick-learning graduates to join the Performance Improvement sub-service line in our People and Organizational Change competency as Senior consultants. To be considered, candidates must have:

  • MBA and/or graduate degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, People & Organizational Change, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics and/or MIS (business perspective)
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in change enablement areas, including: Leadership Development, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Training, Governance, Workforce Strategies, Talent Management and Culture
  • Domain experience in Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Operations is preferred
  • Experience in program management for large-scale business transformation projects and programs

  • 3-5 years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Certifications in healthcare-related fields are a plus (e.g., MHA, MPH)
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience, including creating work plans, budgets and goal setting and/or benchmarking
