My favorite client experience is a Finance Transformation project with a major milk producer. The learning curve for this project was steep, given that I knew absolutely nothing about milk production. However, the most interesting aspect I learned about this client was how the company faced similar, if not identical, issues that plagued other clients. I was able to contribute knowledge from prior client projects that helped the project team create sustainable value for the client.
I'm an all-around sports fan. I enjoy playing and watching football or basketball the most. As of lately, I've been spending my free time playing golf. Also, I'm an avid runner. I look forward to running a marathon in the near future.
For me, company culture was most important when it came to my job search. Culture was the first factor that attracted me to Ernst & Young during the recruiting process. The "people first" culture facilitates career advancement, diversity, and continuous learning. I found that this culture is consistent throughout the organization, and one of the great things about Ernst & Young.
