What was the transition from business school to EY like?

The transition was really smooth. EY has a structure around onboarding that makes it easy; it is not like other big companies where they point you to your cube, put a laptop in your hands and you are on your own.

Which MBA courses have helped you the most since joining EY?

Problem solving and all classes around communications.

What has been your favorite project or client experience so far?

During the 2009 economic crisis, when I was part of a large team working on a finance transformation project at an automotive company in Detroit, our landscape changed every single day. I loved the brain power and the teamwork during those days.

What interests or hobbies do you have outside of work?

I recently had a baby, so she is everything to me outside of work. I love exploring new cultures, and I travel overseas at least three times a year.

Why did you choose EY?

It may sound cliché, but it was because of the people!
