What was the transition from business school to Ernst & Young like?

The transition was really smooth. Ernst & Young has a structure around onboarding that makes it easy; it is not like other big companies where they point you to your cube, put a laptop in your hands and you are on your own.

Which MBA courses have helped you the most since joining Ernst & Young?

Problem solving and all classes around communications.

What has been your favorite project or client experience so far?

During the 2009 economic crisis, when I was part of a large team working on a finance transformation project at an automotive company in Detroit, our landscape changed every single day. I loved the brain power and the teamwork during those days.

What interests or hobbies do you have outside of work?

I recently had a baby, so she is everything to me outside of work. I love exploring new cultures, and I travel overseas at least three times a year.

Why did you choose Ernst & Young?

It may sound cliché, but it was because of the people!
