Award recognizes Ernst & Young LLP as a leader in delivering high impact customer strategies
The Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP has been named to the 2014 CRM Watchlist, a prestigious list of prominent companies developed by customer strategy consultant, Paul Greenberg. This year, the firm was chosen from 162 candidates as a Watchlist Elite winner in the consulting and systems integrators category. The Watchlist Elite list represents a select group of companies that Greenberg expects “to have the strongest impact and possibly greatest rate of success in the marketplace.” Ernst & Young LLP was one of only two winners to be recognized in this category.
“We are honored to be featured on the 2014 CRM Watchlist, and be acknowledged as a leader in the industry,” said Woody Driggs, Global Advisory Customer Leader for the global EY organization. “To be recognized again is a true demonstration of EY Advisory Services’ impressive growth strategy and the ongoing energy and enthusiasm of our team to help companies engineer experiences that solve for both customer trust as well as efficiency over time.”
Now in its 6th year, the CRM Watchlist ranks companies according to their impact on the customer facing business world and is credited as an industry standard. This is the firm’s second consecutive year being named to list. Last year, it was one of three winners in the consulting and system integrators category.
According to author and award coordinator Paul Greenberg, the Advisory Service practice at Ernst & Young LLP “not only handles the more traditional CRM pillars – sales, marketing and customer service, but takes experience design and the employee engagement necessary to effect customer engagement into account when planning business transformation efforts for their clients.”
Managing Principal of The 56 Group, LLC, a customer strategy consulting firm, Paul Greenberg is the recognized author of the best-selling “CRM Bible: Social CRM Strategies, Tools, and Techniques for Engaging Your Customers.”
