US IPO Trends 2015 4Q

After a banner 2014, IPO activity on US exchanges in 2015 was more subdued by comparison. At 173 IPOs, US deal numbers were down 41%, but only 5% below the 10-year median annual IPO deal number of 183 listings. And at $33.3b, capital raised was down 65%, reflecting the decline in median deal sizes. Read more.
