Priya Cherian Huskins is a recognized expert in directors and officers (D&O) liability risk and its mitigation. In addition to consulting on D&O insurance matters, she counsels clients on ways to reduce their exposure to shareholder lawsuits and regulatory investigations. Priya is a popular speaker nationally and internationally on D&O liability issues and a regular guest lecturer at Stanford’s Directors’ College, among others. Priya serves on the board of directors of an NYSE-listed public company, where she chairs the Governance and Nominating committee. She also serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange and the advisory board of the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance.

Mike is the EY Global Internal Audit Leader and a partner of Ernst & Young LLP, where he leads its Internal Audit practice. Mike has served a diverse range of clients, from private equity start-ups to major Fortune 500 firms. He has also had significant interaction with executive management, audit committees and boards of directors at many of his clients, where he has been a frequent speaker and facilitator. Mike is a graduate of Canisius College (cum laude) and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
