Dave Allen leads BrandPie, an independent brand strategy consultancy. With offices in London and New York, it provides brand positioning, identity and engagement services. Clients include AstraZeneca, Baker & McKenzie, Capgemini, Coca-Cola, eircom, EY and RBS. Prior to starting BrandPie in 2008, Dave worked at WPP from 1986-2004. He was CEO of The Brand Union. In 2004, he joined J Walter Thompson as CEO of Team Vodafone, leading and integrating the 30 WPP companies that provided services to Vodafone. He was a Non-Executive Director of Chime plc from 2000 to 2008. He has a strong passion for CSR and has established the BrandPie Foundation to help charities build their brands.

David P. Boynton is the CEO of L’Occitane’s US affiliate and the Group’s NAASA region which represents 25% of the company’s revenues. L’Occitane is a leading French premium natural beauty retailer with over 2,000 stores in more than 70 countries. Within the Group, he also heads the Global Digital and Learning and Development teams. David previously held executive positions in Li Ka Shing’s Hutchison Whampoa organization, with assignments in both Hong Kong and Taiwan, and also at Safeway UK, where he rose from the sales floor to be the CEO’s EA and to run the company’s South of England store portfolio.

Barbara joined Ernst & Young LLP, the UK member firm, in 1998 in London as an HR director, with a specialization in change management. In 2002, she moved from HR to work with the then-Chairman of the UK firm to establish a national communications function. In 2006, Barbara took responsibility for leading the former EY NEMIA Area communications. In 2008, she was appointed to lead the EY EMEIA communications team, where she integrated internal and external communications. In 2009, Barbara was appointed EY Global Communications Leader and also continued as a leader for the EMEIA function. Barbara led the communications work streams for both the EY EMEIA and the EY Asia-Pacific Area integrations. Barbara is committed to a number of mentoring programs which help young people make their way in their chosen fields. Barbara has a degree in Economics from Manchester University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

As Chief Marketing & Brand Officer at Chobani, Peter McGuinness oversees all global marketing and communication efforts for America’s No. 1–selling Greek Yogurt brand, including advertising, brand strategy, innovation, pricing, experiential, retail and digital marketing, and PR. Prior to Chobani, Peter served as President and CEO of DDB Chicago and Gotham. He brings more than 20 years of global marketing experience to the company, with a successful track record of shaping and growing some of the world’s most iconic brands, including MasterCard, J+J, Unilever, McDonald’s, Microsoft and Sony.

Michael Sneed is Vice President, Global Corporate Affairs for Johnson & Johnson and a member of the corporation’s Management Committee. In his role, he leads the corporation’s global marketing, communication, equity and philanthropy functions. Previous to this role, he was Company Group Chairman for Johnson & Johnson and a member of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Group Operating Committee. Mr. Sneed holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Macalester College. Mr. Sneed is a member of the board of trustees at Macalester College and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Family Service Association. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Ad Council.
