Bob Nardelli is the Founder of XLR-8, LLC, Investment & Advisory Company and a Senior Advisor for Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Nardelli joined Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. as CEO of Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, LLC in June 2009. Prior to joining Cerberus, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Managers of Chrysler, LLC beginning in August 2007. From 2000 to 2007, Nardelli served as Chairman, President and CEO of The Home Depot. Nardelli began his career at GE in 1971, and advanced rapidly through a series of senior leadership positions. He chairs the Atlanta Board of Visitors of the Savannah College of Art and Design, and serves on the Board of Trustees, among others.

Steve Bolze is the President and CEO of GE Power & Water. Throughout his 20-year career with GE, Mr. Bolze has held several leadership positions in Energy Services, Healthcare, Power Generation, Healthcare International, Energy Management and GE Corporate Business Development. Bolze is active in many energy-related organizations, including the World Energy Council, the International Energy Agency and the World Economic Forum. In January, he was appointed the Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Electricity Technology Community. Mr. Bolze holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Robert Pemberton is currently Vice President of Corporate Development at IBM, responsible for strategy & investments, transaction execution and post-acquisition integration. IBM’s M&A emphasis is focused on the company’s strategic imperatives, which include Data Analytics, Cloud and Systems of Engagement. Corporate Development also supports bringing IBM innovation to market, such as IBM Watson. Robert’s previous roles include CFO for System & Technology Group, CFO for Europe and General Auditor. He holds a BS in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from Duke University, and currently lives in New York with his wife, Kathleen, and three children.
