x Rich Jeanneret is Americas Vice Chair of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at EY and a member of the Americas Operating Executive at EY. Based in the firm’s New York office, he leads 2,500 TAS professionals in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Israel.

Rich has nearly 30 years of transaction experience with both private and public companies, advising on mergers and acquisitions for corporations and financial buyers; public company spinoffs; initial public offerings; and securities offerings. His expertise encompasses all aspects of a client’s capital strategy—preserving, optimizing, raising and investing. Prior to his current position, Rich was mid-Atlantic managing partner of assurance and advisory business services.

Rich received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Economic Clubs of New York and Washington. He sits on the National Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

x Bill Casey is Americas Deputy Leader of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at EY. Based in the firm’s Miami and New York offices, Bill oversees financial and capital planning for the TAS business, drawing upon nearly three decades of experience working across the Americas on engagements in a range of countries and industries.

Bill started with Ernst & Young in 1983. He spent more than a decade on transactions in Latin America, including a four-year stint as a partner in EY’s São Paulo office. His transaction expertise spans diligence assignments for both strategic and private equity buyers, in such industries as payment and transaction processing, electronic funds transfer and outsourcing. He has also worked on engagements in the beverage, automotive, telecommunications and professional services industries.

Bill received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree of business administration from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Colorado. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

x Joanne Dunbar is Global and Americas Talent Leader of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at EY. Based in the firm’s New York office, she directs the talent-management practice for an organization with more than 2,400 professionals and oversees TAS’s strategy for attracting and retaining talent.

Joanne has more than 25 years of experience as an advisor to numerous clients in the financial services and other industries. Prior to her current role, she was the TAS Leader for EY’s Financial Services Office, where she led multidisciplinary teams that provided integrated due diligence for large, global deals. She has particular expertise in financial products, market dynamics and regulatory context, and she has advised on transactions, portfolio management, integration and restructuring. Joanne has also played key roles in EY’s inclusiveness efforts, serving on such committees as the North American Diversity Task Force, the Canadian Gender Equity Advisory Group and the Women in Transactions team.

Joanne received her bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Manitoba. A Chartered Accountant, she was honored as a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

x Bill has guided Parthenon’s vision since its founding in 1991. In 2014, Parthenon combined with EY, and Bill continues to lead the Parthenon-EY team in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services. He is a recognized authority in corporate and business unit strategy and in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Bill was a director at Bain & Company, where he founded and led the M&A and integration practice.

Philanthropically, Bill is the chairman of the board of trustees of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, an overseer at the Museum of Fine Arts, and a governor for the Handel and Haydn Society. He is also the chairman of Tenacity, the chairman of the Massachusetts High Technology Council and the vice chair of the board of trustees of Belmont Hill School. He is the former chairman of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. In June 2012, Bill stepped down as the chairman of the board of overseers at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth after 11 years of service. At that time, he was awarded the Overseers’ Medal in recognition of his dedicated service to Tuck, where he has hooded more than 2,600 students at investiture ceremonies.

Bill holds a BA in Public and International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Formerly the global leader of Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Fund Services practice, Gary currently leads a national team in the development, promotion and delivery of transaction support services to the broad real estate and hospitality investment community. x Brad is a senior managing director and leads the Parthenon-EY practice in New York. He has more than 20 years of experience in executive management, strategy consulting, and performance improvement. He has advised on critical strategic issues with buyout funds and corporate clients in a range of industries, including industrial products, business services, automotive and consumer products.

He founded and led the Investment Strategy practice of Ernst & Young LLP in the US, which grew to 22 partners and 150 professionals before it combined with Parthenon in 2014. Throughout his career, Dave has assisted numerous debtors, creditors and stakeholders with a wide array of issues and services. These have included insolvency; bankruptcy and strategic restructuring alternatives; portfolio analysis; reorganization plans; profit enhancement; expense resolution; litigation; receiverships; fraud investigations; and various types of transaction support. Dave received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and INSOL International. In her leadership role in the global financial services industry for TAS, Nadine focuses on large, cross-border strategic and private equity transactions. Her experience in the sector encompasses asset managers, investment banks, commercial banks, broker-dealers, and commercial and specialty finance companies, and she also advises a number of significant institutions and PE clients. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of mergers and acquisitions and contributor to financial industry media.

Nadine received her bachelor’s degree in commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. A member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, she is a CPA in New York and Illinois and a Canadian Chartered Accountant.

x Todd Moody is Leader for the Western US Region for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at EY. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, he is also the West Sub-Area Market Valuation Leader and has more than two decades of transaction experience.

Todd has also performed valuations in support of merger and acquisitions advisory, financial reporting, restructuring and tax planning. His industry experience includes media and entertainment, technology, gaming and real estate; and his valuation experience includes intellectual property, patents, trademarks and trade names, customer contracts and relationships, proprietary processes, and media content. Todd also has experience in the valuation of business enterprises, common and preferred equity interests, and privately held business interests; and he has specialized in financial analysis of historical and future estimated company performance, computer-based financial modeling and competitive landscape analysis.

Todd received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. He is affiliated with the American Society of Appraisers and the Appraisal Institute.
