In her work advising oil and gas industry clients, Deborah brings specific expertise in issues relating to nonconventional gas shale, and LNG marketing and trading. A frequent speaker at various tax seminars, she has a strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) tax accounting and reporting. Deborah has significant experience working on cross-border transactions, including internal financing structures involving UK-owned subsidiaries; and transfer pricing principles under OECD and US Section 482 guidelines. In addition, she has worked on several cross-border engagements, primarily in Europe. She has specialized in carve-outs, particularly large-scale, complex transactions requiring public financing and seller due diligence services; and she has managed the M&A process for various corporations.
