ListBill Casey is Americas Chief Operating Officer of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at Ernst & Young. Based in the firm’s Miami and New York offices, Bill oversees financial and capital planning for the TAS business, drawing upon nearly three decades of experience working across the Americas on engagements in a range of countries and industries.

ListBill started with Ernst & Young in 1983. He spent more than a decade on transactions in Latin America, including a four-year stint as a partner in EY’s São Paulo office. He is the lead tax partner on several of the firm’s most sophisticated corporate and PE clients and has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including retail, consumer products, technology, and industrial products.
