Our Global Code of Conduct

Our Global Code of Conduct is a clear set of standards for our business conduct. It provides the ethical and behavioral framework on which we base our decisions every day. The Code is anchored in our values and beliefs and underpins all that we do.

Our Global Code of Conduct (pdf, 484kb) provides a series of guiding principles grouped into five categories that cover the breadth of our activities. They are:

  4. Maintaining our objectivity and independence
  5. Respecting intellectual capital
