Managing your performance
You want a clear sense of what is expected of you, how you’re doing and how you contribute to our business goals. Our performance management and development process (PMDP) – an integral part of our EYU framework – aligns your individual objectives and development plan to those of the business. The process consists of annual goal-setting and six-monthly reviews, which give you the opportunity to discuss your progress with your line manager and update your development plan. As a result, we’ll make sure you have the experiences, learning and coaching you need to perform your role successfully.
You’ll be given a personalized scorecard that specifies your objectives in areas such as people, quality, growth and operations. This will form the focus of your review meetings.
In addition to the six-monthly PMDP meetings, we encourage you to talk to your counselor (usually your line manager) on a regular basis to raise any concerns or to clarify any performance issues.
