Our experience
Ernst & Young is a leading provider of internal audit services. We help clients expand risk coverage, as well as add value from process improvement and cost reductions associated with our findings and recommendations.

Our risk assessment services use Ernst & Young's business process methodology and industry processing models to identify an annual audit plan for our clients which our analysis of business risks suggests will be most relevant to their organizational and operational structure. Outsourcing services utilize a similar basic methodology but we will also develop and execute a complete internal audit program for the client. The internal audit function can then be outsourced to us for a time while we provide on-the-job training for staff to run the client's own internal audit department.
