Lucille Halloran

Lucille leads the Government and Public Sector Services practice for Oceania. Lucille leads teams of specialists in areas including health, education, defence, transport and infrastructure. Lucille also provides strategic advice to Governments in Australia and New Zealand.

Previous experience

Lucille has a unique blend of Australian and Canadian public and private sector experience across the education, employment, human services and health sectors.

She has been involved in major reform programs in social welfare, education and health including Canada’s pension and old age security, and Australia’s income support and employment services.

Lucille has also advised private sector companies, state-owned corporations and not-for-profit organisations on strategy and operations.


Lucille contributes to the broader community in a number of external roles. As a mentor to women in the business community, she creates opportunities for young professional women to build business skills. She has brought together the university, private and public sectors to improve and support innovation initiatives. She was a guest lecturer on the University of Queensland’s MBA program.


Lucille most enjoys spending time with family and friends over good food. She is married and has two sons.
