EY Belgium wins Great Place to Work award 2017
Second time in a row!
For the second time in a row, EY Belgium wins the Great Place To Work® award and made it to the top 10 of best Workplaces (>500) in Belgium! Yesterday evening (14 March), a number of EY colleagues proudly collected the award and enjoyed a great certification event. Each year, Great Place To Work® recognizes leading organizations in more than 45 countries worldwide through the publication of its ‘Best Workplaces’ listings. This is done both through an anonymous, external survey and a comprehensive written company culture report.
A few hundreds of colleagues volunteered in completing the survey last November. Riet Bots (Talent team) coordinated the Belgian submission of the company culture report and worked closely together with supporting and client serving colleagues: more than 25 of them contributed in describing our policies and ways of working together or in giving testimonials about the way they experience EY.
The outcome of both the survey and the company culture report has resulted in the Great Place To Work® award again! EY has made it to the top 10 of best Workplaces (>500) in Belgium and is recognized for its strong culture of teaming, flexibility, people leadership, learning opportunities and growth avenues!
“Becoming the most appreciated employer by 2020 is one of our Vision 2020 ambitions. This award recognizes the efforts of all our people who strive daily to make our workplace better,” says Steven Claes, Belgian Talent Leader. “It is the second time in a row that EY Belgium wins this award, so we are very proud. This award is an excellent opportunity to raise our external profile among new hires, clients and prospects. The survey itself is a great addition to the Global People Survey, our internal EY survey. Great Place To Work® helps the firm benchmark against other leading organizations in Belgium.”
