Mr. Francis Leung

Mr. Francis Leung is a prominent investment banker in Asia with nearly 30 years of experience in investment banking and has arranged and advised on the successful initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other fund raising exercises of numerous corporations. He pioneered the listing of Mainland China companies, initially in the form of Red-Chips, and subsequently H-shares, on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is currently the Chairman (Greater China) of CVC Capital Partners. He is the chairman of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and a member of the 12th National Committee of the China People’s Political Consultative Conference.
Mr. Leung was the Chairman of Citigroup Global Markets in Asia during July 2001 and June 2006. Prior to joining Citigroup Global Markets, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of BNP Paribas Peregrine, which he co-established in January 1998 by merging Peregrine Group’s Greater China equity and corporate finance team with BNP’s investment banking arm in Asia. He co-founded the Peregrine Group in 1988, an Asian investment bank based in Hong Kong, where he was primarily responsible for the group’s equity and corporate finance activities focusing on the Greater China region.
Amongst his many accolades, he was named “Merchant Banker of the Year in 1991” by Asiamoney, “Banker of the Year in 2000” by Financial Intelligence Asia, “TMT Banker of the Year in 2000” by Financial Technology Asia, and one of the “Top 25 Personalities in the Asia Pacific Capital Markets ” by EuroWeek in 2002. Mr. Leung holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in Canada. He was born and raised in Hong Kong.

Mr. Anthony Fan is the Chairman and Managing Director of AsiaLink Capital Limited. His expertise lies in the field of general management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, company consolidation and restructuring. Prior to that, Mr. Fan held senior positions in a number of international financial institutions and was the managing director of a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Fan has been a board member of over 30 companies. His experience covers listed companies, family businesses and non-profit organisations. Mr. Fan received his master degree of business administration from the United States of America.

Mr. Sean Fan
Merchant Banking, Goldman Sachs - Managing Director
Mr. Sean Fan is responsible for corporate private equity investments in China and other regions in Asia Pacific Ex-Japan of Goldman Sachs. He first joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as an associate and rejoined the firm in 2007 as an executive director. Mr. Fan was named managing director in 2011. Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Fan was an associate at KKR.
Mr. Fan earned a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Yale University in 1999 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.

Mr. Kai Johan Jiang was born in Shandong province, and holds a PhD in engineering. He is currently the Chairman of State Holdings Limited and the Chairman of National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB. He moved to Sweden in 1990, and was the senior advisor of Vastmanland who helped the province to build up the twin province relation with Shandong.
Since 1993, Mr. Jiang had been working in Volvo Truck Corp. and played a key role in Volvo’s market entry into China. Based on confidence in sustainability development in China, Jiang returned to China in 2004 to establish his own business with a focus on bio energy. His first bio power plant was the first national demonstration project with full coverage on the industrial chain.
Mr. Jiang acquired the main assets of Saab Automobile in 2012, winning over many international OEMs by his business plan with a focus on EVs. As one of the most outstanding entrepreneurs who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievement he was awarded with EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2008 China in the category of Emerging Entrepreneur. To honor his contributions in sustainability, Jiang was awarded the Excellent Business Leadership in New Energy in 2011 by New Economy given by Development Research Center of the State Council in 2006 and the Chinese government.
Ms. Liu Xiaodan

Ms. Liu Xiaodan is the CEO of Huatai United Securities. She also served as a member of the M&A and Restructuring Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Committee from 2012 to 2016.
Ms. Liu has over 15 years of experiences in the investment banking industry and Huatai has made outstanding achievements in recent years under her lead. Huatai has been the No.1 M&A advisory firm in China for 5 consecutive years, and it is a first-tier investment bank in the domestic equity underwriting business. The firm’s investment banking business has been well recognized by the market and given titles such as “China Best Investment Bank”, “Best M&A Advisor”, “Best TMT Industry Investment Bank ”, etc., several times.
Ms. Liu herself participated in drafting and revising a number of regulations and related documents regarding M&A and restructuring practices in China. And she orchestrated dozens of successful M&A deals which made significant impacts on the industry. She was elected as the “Investment Banker of the Year” by China Business News in 2014.
Ms. Liu graduated from Peking University with a master degree in law.

He has made great achievements in helping clients uncover new ways to grow their brands and businesses， and is one of the leaders in the corporate strategic marketing field.
Dr. Wang has extensive experience in IPOs, transactions and corporate financing. Over the years, Dr. Wang has helped approximately 200 companies with their successful listings on the Hong Kong, New York and other overseas stock exchanges.

Mr. Yang Guoping

Mr. Yang Guoping created the new taxi brand Shanghai Dazhong in conjunction with the Shanghai municipal government’s reform of the taxi sector in 1988. In 1992, Dazhong became the nation’s first joint-stock company of the taxi sector, and was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Dazhong’s business operation covers a total of fifteen provinces and major cities, and was designated as the official comprehensive service provider for the 2007 Special Olympics, the 2008 Olympic Games and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
Mr. Yang established Dazhong as an integrated services conglomerate group, comprising three public listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, namely Dazhong Transportation, Dazhong Public Utilities, and JiaoDa Onlly, whose principal business activities encompass transportation, household gas and sewerage water treatment, public utilities, financial services and healthcare products.
