Sheranga is an experienced and commercially astute practitioner who has acted for a range of developers, investors, fund managers and financiers.
Sheranga has a multi-faceted practice which incorporates real estate project development, financing, investment, joint ventures and commercial leasing as well as corporate and project finance across a number of different sectors. This includes acting on residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects, group and project specific finance and security arrangements and major urban renewal projects, among others.
He has also developed significant industry experience having undertaken secondments in the real estate division of a global asset management company and at a major Australian infrastructure fund manager.
Sheranga holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne.
