After more than 30 years with the EY organization, Philippe has amassed a broad portfolio of skills in business management, financial strategy, pragmatic audits, innovative bookkeeping and cost management. He has dedicated his career to finding new ways of identifying and addressing financial challenges.
In his role as EY EMEIA Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) Leader, Philippe is focusing his attention on alignment, efficiency, positive client feedback (Net Promoter Score and similar) and employee satisfaction. Speaking of employee satisfaction, Philippe is passionate about promoting an entrepreneurial mindset in his team and rewarding the ambitions and successes of all ACR professionals.
How Philippe is building a better working world
In his free time, Philippe enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and participating in Belgium’s rich sporting culture. Cycling, football, and hockey are among his favorites. Philippe has channeled this love of sports and finance knowledge into philanthropic energy. Philippe volunteers his experience with several sports clubs and community organizations in need of advice on financial structure and funding or sponsorship.
