François is a Tax Partner in the Luxembourg ITTS practice.
He joined EY Luxembourg in 2019 as Senior Manager, after two years in London.
François holds a master’s degree in Business Engineering from HEC Liège (Belgium) and holds a diploma in Luxembourg taxation.
François has over 11 years of experience in international tax, specialized in alternative investment funds with an emphasis on the tax aspects of private equity and private debt investments in a cross-border context. He also guides real estate, infrastructure, and other alternative asset managers. He is experienced in advising major strategic clients throughout the life cycle of their investments, from deal structuring to return to investors and management.
