EY Ukraine experts has successfully completed the international certification programme in public-private partnerships (PPP) - Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) developed by APMG International, thereby significantly strengthening their expertise in the field of PPP. The course was organized by K-Infrastructure.

The training and certification of EY experts took place during 2021-2023, during which they gained valuable knowledge in the field of public-private partnerships. The certification programme was completed by EY's Strategy and Transaction professionals: Mykhailo Prykhodko, Partner and Leader of Infrastructure services; Oleksandr Kurinnyi, Lead Manager and Infrastructure Projects Expert; and professionals of the Legal practice: Bogdan Malniev, Partner and Leader of Infrastructure and PPP Legal Services, and Andrii Moskaliuk, Lead Associate and expert in Infrastructure and PPP Legal services.

Now, more than ever, Ukraine needs to attract additional investment and experienced companies to develop infrastructure and restore state-owned facilities. PPPs have a significant potential to unlock private capital for essential infrastructure and public services. However, the successful implementation of PPP projects requires qualified and expert assistance. In order to strengthen Ukraine's capacity to implement infrastructure projects through PPPs, EY offers services to support the implementation of such projects. To ensure the high quality of these services and the implementation of global PPP practices, EY specialists have completed an international certification programme.

The CP3P certification provides EY's public-private partnership specialists with a high level of knowledge, skills development, and exposure to the best international practices necessary for the successful implementation of quality projects in social and economic infrastructure. Such projects will facilitate the implementation of important new initiatives in this area, increase investment, create new jobs and contribute to the growth of budget revenues at all levels.
