On 24 November 2020 Charles Graham John King and Robert Hunter Kelly were appointed as Joint Supervisors in respect of a company voluntary arrangement (“CVA”) under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 in respect of the Company (the "CVA"). As licensed insolvency practitioners, the Joint Supervisors are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics when carrying out all professional work relating to their appointment as Joint Supervisors.

    Documents relating to the CVA will be uploaded to the creditor portal which can be accessed using the details provided within the letter dated 5 November 2020 and sent to each creditor.

Charles Graham John King is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Robert Hunter Kelly is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. As Insolvency Practitioners, they are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics in carrying out all professional work relating to the appointment.
