(all in Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation) (together “the Group”)

On 2 November 2018, PLC, Butchers, EYB and GFL entered administration and R H Kelly and C G J King were appointed as Joint Administrators. The appointments were made by the directors under the provisions of Paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

On 7 November 2018 GFRL entered administration and R H Kelly and C G J King were appointed as Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the court under the provisions of Paragraph 10 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

On 30 October 2019 the Group entered Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and R H Kelly and C G J King were appointed as Joint Liquidators.

Samuel James Woodward is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of in England and Wales and Charles Graham John King is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. As Insolvency Practitioners, they are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics in carrying out all professional work relating to the appointment.
The affairs, business and property of the Group are being managed by the Joint Liquidators, S J Woodward and C G J King, who act as agents of the Group only and without personal liability.
The Joint Liquidators may act as data controllers of personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. Ernst & Young LLP and/or the Group may act as a data processor on the instructions of the Joint Liquidators.
