Guild Realisations Limited (formerly Republic (Retail) Limited) and Republic (UK) Limited – both formerly in Administration and now in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (together “the Companies”)

On 13 February 2013, the Companies entered Administration and Robert Hunter Kelly, Jonathan Peter Sumpton and Alan Michael Hudson were appointed to act as Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the Company’s Directors under the provisions of paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

Republic (UK) Limited moved from Administration to Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation on 12 February 2014 and Guild Realisations Limited moved from Administration to Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation on 12 August 2014. In both cases, R H Kelly, J P Sumpton and A M Hudson were appointed as the Joint Liquidators.
