Hye has led complex engagements focused on working capital, operational cashflow, finance operations, shared service centers, strategic planning and organizational design. She serves as the Order to Cash Methodology Leader for the Working Capital Consulting Services team within Ernst & Young LLP.
Hye helps clients identify and rapidly release cash from working capital, and to design and implement sustainable operating strategies for improved working capital.
Prior to joining EY, Hye was the Director of Business Process for an international oil and gas company working with Global Operations and Finance.
She holds a BA from Northwestern University.
