Thabi is a Partner in EY Africa’s strategy business; leading the Digital in Mining portfolio and driving strategy development and innovation-led business transformation projects.
Previously, she worked in EY Consulting’s Performance Improvement practice focused on operations improvement. Prior to joining EY worked as a performance improvement specialist for a global mining company.
Thabi holds a BCom Honours in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria.
