EY Trainee Program

Our several teams are looking for trainees. As a Trainee at EY you will get a unique opportunity to discover what the life of an Advisor, Analyst, Associate or Consultant is all about. We are looking for motivated and diverse individuals who have the passion to grow as professionals. Traineeships start on next autumn.

Our teams are looking for curious and passionate colleagues as additions to their team. Our trainee periods last generally between 4-6 months and is targeted towards students in their 3rd - 5th year. Most of our trainees end up as fixed employees after their EY Experience and our goal for this program is to give you the tools to kick-start your career.

If you are chosen to move forward in the recruitment process based on your application, you will receive an invitation to do our ability tests. Interviews will be held either in small groups or individually and either face-to-face or virtually. Please read the job advert thoroughly to understand how the recruitment process flows. Once the application period has ended, we will let you know as soon as possible if you haven’t made the cut this time.
