Uschi Schreiber

Global Vice Chair – Markets and Chair of Global Accounts Committee

Uschi serves as the Chair of our Global Accounts Committee. She is also our Global Markets Leader, responsible for the organization's globally integrated go-to-market approach.

Previous experience

Uschi had a highly successful career as CEO of large government agencies before joining EY in Oceania in 2008. Originally from Germany, she has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and Australia with experience spanning mature and emerging markets.

In Oceania, Uschi was responsible for building our Government and Public Sector business, and led Oceania's go-to-market approach as the Accounts and Business Development Leader before being appointed as EY's Global Government and Public Sector Leader.

Credentials and community activities

Uschi is active in the market with Government clients in a number of countries and is Senior Advisory Partner to the EU, World Bank and Novartis. Uschi is recognized as a diversity and inclusiveness leader globally. She is the founder of EY's Worldwide Women's Public Sector Leader Network, which now has more than 1,500 members. She is a member of the board of the Global Women in Parliament initiative and of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on the Future of Government.

Uschi has a Master's degree in Public Sector Leadership and a BA in Social Work/Special Education. She is an Executive Fellow of the Australia and New Zealand School of Government.
