Richard M. Jeanneret


Rich Jeanneret is Americas Vice Chair of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at Ernst & Young and a member of the Americas Executive Board at Ernst & Young LLP. Based in the firm’s New York office, he leads more than 2,500 TAS professionals across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Israel.

Rich has nearly 30 years of transaction experience with both private and public companies, advising on mergers and acquisitions for corporations and financial buyers; public company spinoffs; initial public offerings; and securities offerings. His expertise encompasses all aspects of a client’s capital strategy—preserving, optimizing, raising and investing. Prior to his current position, Rich was mid-Atlantic managing partner of assurance and advisory business services.

Rich received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Economic Clubs of New York and Washington. He sits on the National Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Colleen Johnston

Group Head Finance, Sourcing and Corporate Communications, and CFO of TD Bank Group

Colleen Johnston is currently Group Head Finance, Sourcing and Corporate Communications, and Chief Financial Officer, TD Bank Group. She joined TD in March 2004 as Executive Vice President, Finance Operations, after spending 15 years with Scotiabank in various senior positions.

Colleen has received numerous top industry honours as a senior finance executive – she was recognized by Women’s Executive Network as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women three years in a row and inducted into Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Hall of Fame in 2007. Colleen was named "Best Chief Financial Officer" in October 2009 by Canadian Business magazine, and in 2011, for the third year in a row, was named one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by American Banker. Most recently in 2012, Colleen was recognized as Canada’s CFO of the Year, an award that is presented annually by Financial Executives International Canada, PwC and Robert Half International.

Colleen graduated from York University in Toronto in 1982 with a bachelor of business administration. She received her chartered accountant designation in 1984 and in 2006 was elected a Fellow Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. At TD, she is actively involved in promoting diversity in the workplace and chairs the bank’s Women in Leadership Committee.


Michelle McComb

CFO, Datto BackUp, Inc

Michelle McComb oversees Datto’s finance and human resources organizations. She brings over 20 years of financial expertise in small to large, private and public, U.S. and internationally based companies in a variety of industries and markets. Michelle began her finance career in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP in California’s Silicon Valley, subsequently joining emerging technology companies which lead her to a variety of opportunities within and outside the U.S. Her most recent appointment prior to joining Datto was CFO of Bloomberg’s Financial Products division.

Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA from the State of California. She is a member of the California Board of Accountants, American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and Financial Executives International (FEI).


Tom McGrath

EY Americas Senior Vice Chair – Accounts

Tom McGrath is Senior Vice Chair – Accounts for EY's Americas Area, and a member of the EY America’s and U.S. boards. He is currently serving in a senior advisory partner capacity on a number of the firm’s priority accounts. During his career with Ernst & Young, Tom has held a number of senior positions in the Americas, EMEIA and Global. He has also served as global client services partner for a number of major financial institutions.

Tom graduated from Miami University (Ohio) and is a CPA, CBA, certified information systems auditor (CISA), and a member of the American, Pennsylvania and New York Institute of CPAs and EDP Auditors Association.


Steven Sterin

Senior Vice President and CFO, Celanese Corporation

Steven M. Sterin is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Celanese Corporation. He was appointed in July 2007 after holding the position of corporate controller and the company’s principal accounting officer. Steven became controller in 2005 and led the implementation and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, the transition of all corporate accounting functions to the company’s new headquarters in Dallas from New Jersey and Germany, and the implementation of a five-day monthly close. He also oversaw more than $1 billion in secondary offerings from private equity ownership, including the largest secondary offering in chemical industry history.

Steven holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting degrees, which he earned concurrently at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1995. He is also a certified public accountant in Texas.



Kelly Grier

Ernst & Young LLP

Kelly serves as EY’s Chicago Office Managing Partner overseeing the firm’s assurance, advisory, tax and transaction services. Kelly has more than 22 years of experience serving primarily Fortune 500 global companies.

In 2010, Kelly was selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. She has been recognized as a “Woman of Achievement” by the Anti-Defamation League and as a “2007 Woman to Watch, Experienced Leader” by the ICPAS and AICPA.

Kelly has extensive board experience, serving as trustee of the Ravinia Festival Board of Directors and a Director of the Chicago Finance Exchange and Children’s Home and Aid Society. She was appointed by Chicago Mayor Daley and Mayor Emanuel to serve as Director of World Business Chicago and as Director of Skills for Chicago’s Future.
