Kristin Ciriello Pothier


Kristin Ciriello Pothier is a Principal in the Boston-based EY Commercial Advisory Services practice, focusing on company and investor commercial strategy and M&A support for diagnostics, life science research, and pharmaceutical companies. She has 18 years of experience in management consulting and genomics research in the life sciences industry.

Prior to joining EY, Kristin was a Partner at Health Advances where she developed and led the Diagnostics and Life Sciences practice, a global practice focused on product and service strategy, corporate strategy, health economics and deal diligence. While at Health Advances, she spent 11 years advising diagnostics and life sciences companies on commercial strategy and performing due diligence for both strategics and investors.

Kristin is also a founder of DxInsights, a non-profit organization designed to educate on the impact of diagnostics in improving health care outcomes to the nation's healthcare communities.

Kristin is a noted speaker, workshop leader, and writer in the life sciences space, with multiple recent publications on clinical diagnostics and personalized medicine.


Steven Potter


Steven Potter is a Senior Managing Director and the US Consumer Products Sector Leader for Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC. Steve brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience and deep relationships in the consumer products sector. Prior to joining Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC, Steve was a Partner at SCP Worldwide LLC, a Managing Director of the consumer group at Bank of America and Managing Director of the Food and Beverage group at Deutsche Bank.


Jeff Liu


Jeffrey Liu is a Senior Managing Director and the US Technology Sector Leader for Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC. Jeff brings 15 years of corporate finance and M&A experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC, Jeff was a Managing Director in Global Technology Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.



Jeffrey Greene


Mr. Greene is a principal in Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory services practice and the global transactions leader for life sciences. With more than 25 years of transaction experience, he supports global companies with their due diligence, tax, integration, carve-out and valuation needs in North America, Europe and Asia. He provides strategic valuation advice in mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings, and is a recognized expert witness in federal, district, bankruptcy and tax courts on valuation, fairness and solvency matters. Mr. Greene has authored articles and book chapters on valuation, solvency, due diligence and performance measurement, including:Optimizing the corporate portfolio in a buyer's market, The Valuation-Savvy Pharma Enterprise and Toward World-Class Divestitures. He is a member of the editorial advisory board of the journal Valuation Strategies, and has served as a guest faculty member at seminars held by the Practicing Law Institute and National Investor Relations Institute. As a member of the board of trustees of Adelphi University, he sits on the executive, finance and academic affairs committees. Mr. Greene received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with a concentration in finance and international business and a B.A. in physics from Dartmouth College.
