Improving divestitures: lessons from private equity
Portfolio optimization and deal execution
Roughly half of the companies we interviewed for our 2016 Global Corporate Divestment Study are planning to divest within the next two years. Yet, many companies struggle to execute and negotiate the right price for their divestments.
At this webcast, we will share ideas from this year's study on achieving your portfolio and divestment goals. With 70% of companies using their divestments to fund growth, we will explore how corporates can benefit from the expertise of private equity firms who are serial buyers and sellers.
Join our panelists for a discussion that will answer many companies' most pressing questions:
- Do we have the right data and analytics capabilities to make good portfolio decisions?
- How should we react if we're approached by a potential buyer?
- How can we improve divestment execution?
- How should we use divestment proceeds?
