EY Americas Vice Chair – Transaction Advisory Services

Bill Casey is the EY Americas Vice Chair of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), which helps organizations raise, preserve, invest and optimize their capital. Bill leads area TAS professionals who advise clients on capital strategy, mergers and acquisitions, public company spinoffs, IPOs and securities offerings, and as head of Ernst & Young LLP’s TAS practice, provides these services to clients as well.

Bill has led some of the largest client engagements of Ernst & Young LLP, including cross-border transactions for major multinational corporations and leading private equity firms. Over the last decade, he has worked to help double the talent and revenues of TAS practices in EY Americas member firms, which now include more than 3600 professionals based in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America.

Managing Director, Capital Markets/Chief Administrative Officer Warburg Pincus LLC

Christopher H. Turner joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 and is the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, he manages the firm’s investment support groups: Capital Markets, Communications, Government Affairs/ESG, Information Technology Strategy and Assessment, Shared Services, and Leadership/Organizational Effectiveness. He also oversees the firm’s human resources management, internal IT function, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group.

Vice President, Global Head of Strategy, Mondelēz International

Michael McGoohan is Vice President, Global Head of Strategy for Mondelēz International, a $26 billion leading global snack food manufacturer. He is responsible for leading the development of the company’s growth strategy, including strategic planning, portfolio strategy and M&A. Prior to Mondelēz, Michael worked for the Boston Consulting Group, Chip Ganassi Racing and Deloitte Consulting. Michael sits on the board of Back to Nature Foods and on the University of Michigan Alumni Board of Governors. Michael received his MBA from the University of Michigan and his BA from Boston College.

Carolyn Saacke

Chief Operating Officer, Capital Markets, New York Stock Exchange

Carolyn Saacke is Chief Operating Officer, Capital Markets at the NYSE, responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s relationships with the private equity, venture capital, investment banking, legal, professional services and advisory communities. She also oversees key IPO transactions and special projects at the NYSE. Prior to the NYSE, Carolyn was in the investment banking units of Bear Stearns, Citigroup and Deloitte and served as Vice President of Strategy and Finance for Cendant Corporation. Carolyn earned her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Economics from Cornell University.
