James O. Holley, CISSP, is Caterpillar Inc.’s Chief Information Security Officer. James has global responsibility for information security at Caterpillar and leads its Information Security Transformation. This effort is markedly improving the company’s capability to protect, detect and respond to cyber risks. James has 25 years of professional experience in a variety of information security domains. Prior to joining Caterpillar, he led Ernst & Young LLP’s Cybersecurity Investigations group and also spent nearly 10 years as a federal agent with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, James earned an MS in Computer Science from James Madison University with a concentration in Information Security.
