Roselyn S. Sands is a partner leading the labor and employment law practice of EY Societe Avocats, based in Paris, France. She is recognized in the international HR legal community as one of the most prominent and experienced international labor and employment lawyers.

Roselyn has significant cross-border experience on HR/employment issues, particularly in business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, post-transaction integration, global restructuring, CSR, SOX compliance, works council strategy, global tactics and management, employee privacy, health and safety, technology, discrimination and harassment, and the day-to-day workplace.

Roselyn is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences around the world on HR legal issues of interest. She is a graduate of the University of Florida Business School (B.S., Finance & Cultural, Anthropology), the University of Miami School of Law with honors (J.D.), as well as the University of Paris Law School (L.L.M).

Tony Steadman is a Principal in the Ernst & Young LLP People Advisory Practice. He brings more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience with a specialty in Process and Technology enabled SG&A improvement. Tony also has significant experience consulting across all areas of Payroll, Finance, HR Service Delivery and Contingent Workforce Management. He also brings very diverse industry experience in health care, financial services, energy, chemicals, utilities, municipalities and life sciences.

Tony earned his Masters degree in Human Resources and a B.A. in Industrial and Engineering Management from The University of South Carolina.

Geoff Dubiski

Geoff Dubiski is an Executive Director in the Ernst & Young LLP People Advisory Practice, and serves as a subject-matter advisor for talent strategy, HR optimization and technology. Geoff has led transformation engagements in the areas of HR operating models, BPO/HRO, technology enablement and has helped clients navigate the markets in due diligence, design and evaluation of services, providers and metrics within HRO/RPO/CWS/VMS.

His 25 years of experience include multiple client engagements, from design and scoping to due diligence, vendor discovery and transition, for organizations of over 50,000 employees with global footprints spanning 25 to 120 countries. He brings to his engagements diverse industry experience in manufacturing, financial services, CPG, defense, energy & utilities, technology, hospitality and aerospace.

Geoff earned an M.S. in Labor Relations and a B.B.A. in Management & Human Resources, both from the University of Massachusetts. He also had a graduate internship with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
