Operational Transaction Services qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or Engineering. Experience in client-facing operations consulting, merger integration, divestitures, carve-outs, working capital, value creation, and/or operational due diligence. Can have functional experience in one of the following areas: Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.
