“With tax taking an increasingly central and strategic place in business decision-making, tax professionals are now required to have a much broader range of skills than ever before. At the same time, competition for talent and the increasingly global workforce presents some pressing challenges. Here at EY, we strongly believe in developing the next generation of new talent in this changing tax landscape.

“The Young Tax Professional of the Year experience offers a truly global opportunity for the next generation of professionals to shine. As tax functions continue to be disrupted and exciting new approaches to tax evolve we hope that all of our 2017 country winners will be motivated to go and become the future leaders of our profession.”
