Founder and Managing Director
Andrew worked for Hilton International (1982–89) initially in Australia and then in Hilton International’s leading hotel at the time – the London Park Lane Hilton.
After completing his Hotel Management and Catering Science Higher Diploma in Australia in 1986, Andrew was awarded a scholarship to continue his education in Switzerland at the Cesar Ritz Hotel College where he graduated with Honors and was the Student Representative Council President.
Upon returning to Australia and at the age of 26, Andrew was appointed General Manager of The Old Melbourne Hotel in Melbourne — a 300-room 4.5-star hotel. In 1994, he was appointed Regional General Manager of 72 Touraust Hotels and was involved in the successful bid to build and operate the Cairns Reef Casino as the Hotel Licensee Nominee. In 1995, Andrew founded and subsequently managed the extensive refurbish, opened and was the CEO till 2007 of the International College of Management in Sydney growing its student enrolments from 65 in 1996 to over 1200 in 2007.
From 2007 – 2009 he was Acquisitions & Asset Manager for the publicly listed Valad Property Group, Hotel/Leisure division.
In Jan 2010 he was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Cesar Ritz Colleges, Switzerland (7 international Hotel Colleges located in 5 countries). Having returned to Australia in early 2011 Andrew was appointed Managing Director and CEO of the publicly listed RedHill Education Group of Colleges.
Andrew founded Lockliv Corporation in 2013 which has secured the global patent for the technology embedded in a range of Lockliv safety and security products which incorporates remote and wireless application.
Andrew has the following qualifications: higher Dip Hotel & Catering Science, Swiss Bach Bus – Hotel Management, Post Grad Dip, Bus – Washington State University, M.B.A. – Macquarie University and Harvard Business School – Key Executives Program
