Tania Jolley has been involved in innovative technologies since 2003. As CEO of Technotronics, she was instrumental in delivering new technologies to the automotive aftermarket sector. Tania has successfully owned and operated three businesses over the past 16 years; having achieved a successful exit from all of them to date.

Tania has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from Flinders University, South Australia (SA) and a business degree with a major in marketing from the University of South Australia.

In 2014, Tania won the Women In Innovation SA awards for Manufacturing and Defence. In 2015, Tania was 1 of 10 women selected across Australia to enter the prestigious Springboard Enterprises program. This is a highly competitive program for women who lead cutting edge innovative and globally scalable companies in fast growing industries. In 2016, Tania was invited to be an inaugural member of SA Leaders program.
