Our Desk teams in France include American, German, and British professionals and we have some of our own French nationals based in Chicago, Frankfurt, San José and New York.

Our practice is associated with Ernst & Young and provides clients with independent advice and other services in a range of legal disciplines across their markets, focused on delivering services in coordination with Ernst & Young in fields such as corporate restructuring, due diligence, employment risk management, IP value management and corporate governance.
The capabilities of the practices extend to over 110 countries with approximately 20, 000 tax specialists and 2, 000 lawyers.
