Roselyn S. Sands, resident in the Paris office of Ernst & Young Société d'avocats, is a seasoned American and French lawyer. After many years of commercial and employment litigation experience in the United States, Roselyn’s practice now focuses on advising multinational companies regarding the implementation of global restructuring decisions in France and in Europe. She also advise American companies in managing the workplace in conformity with the rigid and burdensome demands of French and European labor and employment laws. An American national born in Havana Cuba, Ms. Sands is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
