Expatriate Tax & Legal Services

Expatriates are required to hold work permits or business visas when performing work of any nature in Thailand.

In addition, dependent visas are required for spouses and dependents if they are also to stay in Thailand. Tax IDs have to be obtained, and an annual personal income tax return filed by the March of the year after the expatriate commences work.

We have experienced, specialist staff to assist expatriate employees with their obligations. We can prepare and lodge applications for business/dependent visas and for work permits, and can also obtain their tax identification cards and prepare their annual personal income tax returns for filing with the tax authorities. An additional aspect of our service is to provide clear answers to any relevant questions they may have about the Thai personal income tax system.
