Promoting entrepreneurship
We promote entrepreneurship through our Entrepreneur Of The YearŽ program and our Social Entrepreneur Of The Year award. We believe entrepreneurs benefit their communities by creating jobs, growing their economies and making their local communities more vibrant. We also use our knowledge and skills to benefit developing economies and help new businesses to thrive.

Caring about the world we live in
We aim to limit the impact our business has on the environment. We are building good environmental practice into the design of our new and refurbished offices. We are reducing the need to travel through the use of video and teleconferencing. And we are developing plans for carbon offsetting and sourcing green energy suppliers.
