Diversity and inclusiveness
Our focus on diversity and inclusiveness is integral to how we serve our clients, develop our people and play a leadership role in our communities.
Each of us is different, and at EY we value and respect individuals.
Inclusiveness is about leveraging these differences to achieve better business results. It is about creating an environment where all our people feel, and are, valued, where they are able to bring their differences to work each day, and where they contribute their personal best in every encounter.
Put simply, we believe a diverse workplace delivers better results. Our research shows that companies with diverse teams, that are led inclusively, perform better than those with more homogenous teams. Diverse teams are more likely to improve market share and succeed in new markets, and they demonstrate stronger collaboration and better retention.
Making sure that all our people’s voices are heard and valued not only helps attract and retain the best, it also helps us deliver better solutions for our clients and our own organisation.
EY is conducting a survey to evaluate the position of D&I, specifically in the Irish market. We want to gauge the understanding of D&I as a business imperative and route to competitive advantage. Your involvement will allow you to compare your organisation’s diversity & inclusion activity with your industry peers. You can also avail of a complimentary one-to-one EY consultation to discuss your organisation’s results with tailored insights to help you make decisions on your D&I journey.
We require only one survey per company or organisation. If you feel there is a more appropriate person with responsibility for D&I to complete the survey, please forward to them. Completing the survey will take about 10-15 minutes of your time.
EY realises the importance of confidentiality for your organisation and for your employees. The survey responses will be collected using an industry standard tool (Survey Monkey). The responses will then be aggregated and anonymised, used internally by EY, form the basis of publically available report(s) and in discussions with relevant stakeholders. Further details are available here.
Thank you in advance for your participation; we greatly appreciate your time.
